Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and Little Lights for using the app. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms.

Who can use Little Lights

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to the conduct rules when you sign up.

Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information about yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account. One account per person.

How Little Lights works

The app introduces you to other members, suggests openers, helps your conversations along, and — through events — helps you meet in person. Introductions and messages happen between real people; we facilitate them but we're not a party to your conversations or your in-person meetings.

Meeting people & events

You decide whether to connect with anyone and whether to meet in person. You are responsible for your own safety. We don't perform background checks or verify identities, and we're not responsible for the conduct of other members, online or in real life. If you host an event, you're responsible for running it lawfully and honestly.

Your content

You own what you add (your profile, photos, messages). You give us permission to host and display it as needed to run the service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, and don't upload content that's illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the Community Guidelines.

Payments

Some features or events may involve payments. Any fees are shown before you pay. Purchases are handled through the app store or our payment providers and are subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no harassment, hate, spam, scams, impersonation, collecting other people's data, or trying to break or abuse the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Guidelines.

Disclaimers & limits

The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of other members. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using Little Lights and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.

Changes & contact
